Warm down with Martin is the last part of the workshops Martin will be teaching at the Festival Deltebre Dansa 2018.
In the last part of my workshop, I will introduce you different protocols, ideas and intentions that are suitable to close your day in a gentle and playful way. In this session, we will warm down slower, and we will work on rehabilitation-oriented scores. For the past 25 years, I have been growing unique and personal expression. This workshop is a suitable occasion for you to discover my artistry. The experience of it does not depend on your background but requires hunger and interest.
