O’DD is a contemporary circus piece from another dimension where a man dreams himself anew. It is an adventure story of humanity in the guts of gravity manipulating the laws of physics and eventually trying to break free from them. In a world of a clean futuristic setting, O´DD alters the appearance and the essence of being human, cuts the individual into layers, separating mind from body, action from thought and creates a never-ending struggle for deeper understanding of what we are. The arc of the performance is traversed trough wordless acrobatic movement, object manipulation and stunning visuals. This is a new kind of direction of contemporary circus, it is future and dreamed reality. This is a work in progress piece and an extract of the full length show by Rauli Dahlberg.
